TSC Foods have been making fantastic risotto for many years and in 2004 were awarded a gold at the BFFF awards in the best meat free category for our wild mushroom risotto. We continue to strive for higher levels of consistency and as such we have this year invested in some new equipment which has all but removed any variation in the finished product.
