Personal Development Access to Training and Development – from basics such as Basic
Food Hygiene to Degree level, Opportunities are available to all
employees. TSC Foods places a great deal of emphasis on T&D. 95%
of all employees (all = non operational staff and management)
have achieved NVQ Level 2 in Continuous Improvement.
We have a representative on the
steering committee of the local COVE (Centre of Vocational
Excellence) working together with Education providers to ensure
the right level of skills are being provided for manufacturing.
PDP’s – Personal Development Planners
– these are there to help both the individual and the Company
perform to the best of their abilities by having a formal
development review process. This includes the setting of
objectives and agreeing formal training and action plans.
