2 x Deli Shift Managers
An opportunity has arisen for Two Shift Managers within the Deli Department, reporting to the relevant Area Manager
Key duties include the following:
• Ensuring all production targets are met by managing, organising and improving upon Health and safety, efficiencies, quality and productivity within Manufacturing.
• Quality
• Throughput
• Yields
• Labour Control
• Health and Safety
• Continuous Improvement
• Flexibility around shifts-weekend working is essential
• Attention to details and quality
• Experience in chilled manufacturing
• Preferably to have good knowledge of automated machinery and setups
You will be a forward thinker with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will be open minded with a calm disposition and be committed with a flexible attitude to your work.
An excellent understanding of quality and technical issues as well as general computer and ERP experience is a necessity.
Training and development will be offered in areas outside of current expertise.
