To weigh ingredients accurately, following assembly sheets. The role requires lifting up to 25kg.
Need to be able to understand and follow instructions whilst using own initiative, a competent level of numeracy is also required.

IT Projects Administrator
An opportunity has arisen for an IT Projects Administrator to join out IT Team.
You will be responsible for the production of documentation and delivery of training to employees on a number of IT projects, and provide a general projects administration facility to the IT Department.
Experience within the food industry and a good understanding of continuous improvement would be preferable, as would experience of training, (including production of training and process documentation). Managing sub projects to defined timescales and success criteria is also preferable.
This is an opportunity to develop your IT technical skills in a number of key areas including web technologies and SQL, and to help implement some of the leading IT applications available to the food industry.

Area Shift Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a Shift Manager - within the Flex Department, reporting to Carl Baxter, Factory Manager
Key duties include the following:
•Ensuring all production targets are met by managing, organising and improving upon Health and safety, efficiencies, quality and productivity within Manufacturing.

HR Officer
TSC currently has a vacancy for a HR Officer, reporting directly to the HR Manager. You will be required to devise and implement policies which will select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet the business requirements. The exact nature of the work activities will vary accordingly on a day to day basis and will include:
•working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
•promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation;
•Recruitment of staff to supervisory level, developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short-listing, interviewing and selecting candidates with middle managers;
•developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
•interpreting and advising on employment legislation;
•listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
•planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff;
•analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
•Weekly and monthly reporting on labour turnover, absence, accident statistics, and departmental HR K.P.I,s
•Health and Safety control - First Aid supplies, PPE sign offs, accident / incident recording and follow ups.
•The successful candidate must be CIPD qualified or working towards it.
•You must have good organisational skills and the ability to understand detailed information;
•Basic IT and numeracy skills,
•Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels;
•A proven track record of 'making a difference';
•The ability to analyse, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating employment;
•Integrity and approachability, as managers and staff must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with you;
•The ability to compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner;
