Hourly Rate: Starting rate £8.91 per hour and £9.52 or £10.00 per hour after 12 week training plan complete.
At TSC Foods we pride ourselves on being at the cutting edge of chilled and frozen product development and manufacturing. We produce soups and sauces for retailers, restaurants and food outlets and also other food manufacturers. We supply all major supermarkets and many well-known pubs and restaurants.
The full product life cycle takes place at the Scunthorpe site from prepping the ingredients, cooking the product, packing it securely before finally being boxed up ready for dispatch from our warehouse.

As we operate 24/7 365 days per year it provides an opportunity for day and night shift working. Each new joiner will progress through a 12 week training plan which will include Health & Safety and Food Safety Training.
About the role:
As a Warehouse Operative you could be based at Raw Materials depot or Warehouse facility at Celsius Park. At both locations the Warehouse Operatives operate FLT (Counter Balance and Reach) to move raw materials or finished goods safely around sites, loading or unloading vehicles, or storing safely within the racking system. Stock taking responsibilities are also included in this role, along with some order picking in line with a pick sheet. It is a fast pace role with always something to do.
Ideally we are looking for people with previous similar experience, or at least have a valid FLT (Counter Balance or Reach) license and PPT as a minimum. We have deadlines to meet so you need to be able to work well under pressure. Both areas have a strong team spirit so you must be a team player but also be comfortable working independently when required.
